Season 3: A call for revolutionary healing of self and community

Revolutionary times require revolutionary healing - in all ways, Photo credit: Agrita Dandriyal

Season 3 is finally here.

In a time of radical shifts in the functioning, and existence, of social structures, community and self, we require time, space and adequate energy to heal. Change can, and in many instances does, induce a myriad of uncomfortable emotions and feelings that can even trigger past traumas, making us momentarily desire for everything to return back to "normal". However, the deep awakening, which began the process of transformation, makes us long for outgrowing norms which no longer serve for who we are and who we are becoming. To preserve our sanity, inner stability and integrity of community in this state of liminality, we must enact our inherent wisdom which aids us to be stewards of our place and community: healing ourselves, each other and our connections to Earth.

It's this healing-centric approach to revolutionary change which will aid us in respecting the finiteness of the body, whilst also re-envisioning a safer, sustaining and equitable world. Season 3 of Mind Full of Everything will embody this vision through exploring ways in which we can collectively restore and transform our journeys as stewards of community and the Earth. Each episode will centre the transformative process of healing through conversations with writers, researchers, coaches and educators, as well as reflection episodes with the host Agrita Dandriyal on her journey navigating the world as a deeply conscious, culturally-rooted relational being.
