As efficient and relatively easy the modern way of living has become, it has become even harder to keep your wellbeing in check. Staying positive, a segment to long-term happiness, is indeed very difficult to maintain when surrounded by constantly negativity, whether in the form of the current COVID-19 pandemic or hurdles in daily life.
